Are your cremations performed locally in Bendigo?

All our cremations are performed in our cremation facility in East Bendigo.

I work during the day, are you able to come out and collect my pet in the evening?

We are available 8:30am-5pm 7 days a week.For appointments after hours Mon-Fri, weekends and public holidays, a surcharge will apply.

Question 3

I was told by a friend that I have to take my pet to the vet after she passes away, however I would prefer for her to be collected from home.  Are you able to do this for me?

As part of our service, we can collect directly from homes.

How long does the actual cremation take?

Depending on the size of the animal, the cremation process can take between 1-3 hours.

Question 5

How long until I receive my pets ashes back once you have my pet in your care?

We ask you to allow us about a week to have your pet ready to come home or back to the vet.

Do you cremate any animal?

Our service provides cremation for any animal under 80kg.

What if I don’t want my pet’s ashes returned?

Accepted Answer

In these circumstances, your pet will receive the service of a communal cremation. Your pet will be cremated alongside other pets, and their ashes will be scattered over a rural property outside of Bendigo.
